At Corgi Royalty, we take pride in the health and quality of every Corgi puppy we raise. Because our puppies are living animals, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and the well-being of our dogs.
Please read this policy carefully before making a reservation or purchase.
All of our puppies come with a veterinary health certificate confirming that they are healthy and free from any visible illnesses at the time of adoption or delivery.
If a licensed veterinarian finds a serious genetic or life-threatening condition within the first 7–10 days after adoption, we will:
Offer a replacement puppy of equal value, or
Provide a refund, depending on the situation and availability.
To qualify, you must:
Notify us immediately upon diagnosis.
Provide a written report from a licensed veterinarian.
Return the puppy (if applicable) in good health and care.
All reservation deposits made to hold a puppy are non-refundable.
This ensures that we can secure your chosen puppy and remove it from available listings.
However, if an unexpected situation occurs (such as the puppy becoming unavailable due to illness or other circumstances on our side), we will fully refund your deposit or allow you to transfer it to another puppy.
If delivery has already been arranged and your puppy is in transit, refunds cannot be issued unless there is a verified health issue as stated in our Health Guarantee.
Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to our transport partners.
We expect every adopter to provide a safe, loving, and responsible home.
Refunds or returns will not be granted for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Allergies
Landlord restrictions
Inability to care for the puppy
If you can no longer care for your Corgi, please contact us — we’ll help find a suitable new home.
Approved refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or agreed alternative.
